How to get vaccinated

Reservation after receiving the vaccination voucher and the flow on the day of vaccination　

Who will receive vaccination vouchers for booster shots (for vaccinations starting in Autumn 2022 and vaccinations starting in Spring 2023) automatically, and who will not?

If you are eligible, you will receive a vaccination voucher for booster shot (for vaccinations starting in Autumn 2022 and vaccinations starting in Spring 2023) from the municipality, within a certain period after you had your previous inoculation. However, if you have changed your address since you had the previous inoculation, you need to apply for issuance of the vaccination voucher. People who are eligible and have waited for a period of time and more already, are also asked to apply for the booster shot (for vaccinations starting in Autumn 2022) vaccination voucher.

For those who wish to be vaccinated at the place different from their certification of residence

If you live in a place different from the address on your certification of residence and wish to be vaccinated in the place where you currently live, please fill in an Application for vaccination outside registered domicile.

* Some municipality do not accept notification that 1st or 2nd dose and booster shots and vaccination outside your registered domicile via this COVID-19 Vaccine Navi web. Please ask the municipality you currently live for details.
